我国居民住院总费用影响因素的通径分析

Pathway Analysis for Influential Factors of the Total Hospitalization Expenses of Our Country Dweller

目的:探讨我国居民个人住院总费用的现状,并对其影响因素进行探讨。方法:基于2010年北大CFPS数据,采用通径分析方法对影响住院总费用的直接和间接作用进行分析。结果:住院天数是直接影响住院总费用的主要因素。性别、城乡分布、教育水平、年龄对住院总费用不仅存在直接效应而且存在间接效应,是否从事农业劳动通过住院天数间接影响住院费用。结论:要降低医疗费用,可以适当减少住院天数;卫生政策制定与调整应充分考虑年龄、性别、文化程度以及城乡差异。

Objective To explore the differences of individual of our country dweller of hospitalization expenses and the total cost of hospitalization for pathway analysis. Methods The 2010 North based on CFPS data,using SPSS17.0 software ,analyzed the direct and indirect effect degree of the influential factors of the total hospitalization expenses of our country dweller by pathway a- nalysis methods. Results In the five main factors, excluding minor factors, hospital stay and the level of education have greatest di- rect impact on hospital expenses, age has greatest indirectly impact on hospital expenses. Conclusion To cut down the hospitaliza- tion expenses,we should reduce hospital stay and take over the age.gender.the level of education and the urban-rural gap when policy is made by our government.
