摘要
目的:评价社区规范化管理对2型糖尿病患者生活方式、健康教育及足部护理的影响。方法:采用规范化管理自身前后对照的临床试验方法,通过随访观察,比较在北京体育大学社区卫生服务中心就诊的95例2型糖尿病病人在规范化管理前后的生活方式、糖尿病足防治、健康教育参与情况。结果规范化管理前后在改进患者的生活方式、糖尿病足防治、健康教育接受等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区实施2型糖尿病规范化管理,对提高糖尿病患者综合管理效果具有重要作用。
Objective To study the influence of community-based standardized management on the life style, health education and treatment of diabetic foot of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 95 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic were chosen from the community health service center of Beijing Sport University. And the status of their life style, health education and treatment of diabetic foot was comparatively analyzed with before-after study. Results There had significant differences of life style, compliance of health education and treatment of diabetic foot before and after standardized management （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is very im- portant to carry out community-based standardized management on type 2 diabetic for improving diabetes management.
