With lose of medical elite education, motivation and expectation of its return has emerged. Social demand, de- crease of students, and pressure from academic, employment and occupation pushed medical education from extensive cultivation into fewer but better cultivation. Medical compassion, academic reflection and criticism, and the governmental policy guidance im- prove the return of medical elite education.
