摘要
目的:了解重庆市乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员的素质状况、培训需求及影响因素。方法:根据重庆市经济社会发展情况,整群抽取渝北区、永川区、丰都县共计24所乡镇卫生院进行问卷调查及访谈。结果:总体素质偏低、结构欠佳;低年龄、新入职、临床类、中层学历和低职称人员需求最强烈;多因素Logistic回归分析表明:年龄、学历、家庭、经费、工作类型、工作年限、工作接替和培训效果等是影响培训需求意愿的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:政府要继续加大对老、少、边、穷地区的财政投入;乡镇卫生院应重视人才梯队建设;针对不同层次人员的需求和岗位职责制定不同的培训计划,提高培训机会的均等性。
Objective To study the status of quality and training demand of health professionals in township health centers of Chongqing and its influencing factors. Methods According to the social and economic development,24 cases of township health centers were chosen with cluster sampling method from Yubei District,Yongchuan District and Fengdu County in Chongqing, and surveyed with questionnaire and key informant interviews. Results These respondents had lower professional quality with unreason- able structure. The younger people, newcomers, clinical professionals, professionals who had medium education background and lower professional titles had intense demand of training. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, education back- ground, family, funds, type of work, working years and effects of training were main factors to influence the professionals' training demand(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The government should keep increasing financial input to remote and poor areas. The township health centers should attach attention to the construction of talent teams. Training program should be formulated according to the different need and responsibility of different staffs. And the equivalence of training should be improved.
