摘要
藏民族文化可以称得上是世界上最为独特、最有创造性的文化,强烈的民族文化认同、趋同经济结构、相当的资源优势、相似的文化产业策略为"藏民族文化圈"的建立提供了可行性依据,"藏民族文化圈"的形成对于发展藏民族区域文化产业、盘活藏区经济、促进地方政府间合作都具有积极作用。"藏民族文化圈"文化产业的大发展、大繁荣离不开法制建设,提高藏区立法、司法、执法机制,加强藏区法制本土化进程,对于藏区文化产业快速发展,提升"藏民族文化圈"区域政府合作意义深远。
