城镇化进程中散居少数民族权益保障研究

"城镇化"战略是我国经济发展的重要举措,对于促进少数民族聚居地区的经济发展有重要作用。在城镇化进程中,移居城市的散居少数民族权益保障是目前少数民族法制体系建设的重要组成部分。本文以城镇化为背景,分析了散居少数民族权益保障中的问题,提出了建立完善保障散居少数民族权益体系,借鉴国外成功立法经验的路径。

China ＂urbanization＂ plays an important role in the process of the economic development of ethnic minority areas. In the process of urbanization, minority into cities and towns, how to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests has become an important content in the construction of national legal system. This article from the current status and problems of China＇s protection of the rights and interests of scattered minority, with the urbanization in minority areas as the background, proposed the establishment of protection of the legitimate rights and interests of scattered minority nationality system, referring to foreign advanced experience of the path.
