The key to solving the graduates＇ employment from universities in ethnic minority areas is the cultivation of employability of graduates. Under the background of borderless career period, through a re-interpretation of the concept and connotation of .employability and SWOT analysis, this thesis has analyzed the internal strength and weakness and external opportunity and threads of Jishou University, and proposed some practical strategies for graduates＇ employability cultivation for universities in ethnic minority areas.
