摘要
就业能力提升是化解民族地区高校毕业生就业问题之关键。基于无边界职业生涯时代的语境,对就业能力的内涵与定义再度阐释,在运用SWOT分析工具深入探究民族地区高校毕业生就业所面临的内部优劣势,外部机遇、威胁等要素基础之上,提出化解民族地区高校毕业生就业困境的现实策略。
The key to solving the graduates' employment from universities in ethnic minority areas is the cultivation of employability of graduates. Under the background of borderless career period, through a re-interpretation of the concept and connotation of .employability and SWOT analysis, this thesis has analyzed the internal strength and weakness and external opportunity and threads of Jishou University, and proposed some practical strategies for graduates' employability cultivation for universities in ethnic minority areas.
