Development Situation of Domestic Weld Tube-making Industry Since 2012 and Relevant Suggestions

回顾并分析了2012年以后我国焊管产业的发展形势:2012年以来,世界经济形势不佳对我国焊管行业的影响已显现,焊管产量增幅大幅回落,焊管产能过剩与市场需求的矛盾更加突出,焊管出口率继续下降;2013年1—7月我国焊管产量增长缓慢,增幅继续回落,出口增速显著降低,出口价格继续下滑。提出了对策建议:努力开发高附加值焊管产品,积极推动焊管企业装备升级改造,开拓国际高端管线钢管市场。

Analyzed in the paper is the development situation of domestic weld tube-making industry since 2012. Negative influence by the depression of the global economy on domestic weld tube-making industry from the year has been manifested, for instance, tremendous falling of the output increase amplitude after a rise, the contradiction between surplus of the production capacity and the market demand being more obvious, and continual going down of the export proportion. From January to July, 2013, output growth of domestic weld tube industry had been sluggish, the increase amplitude continuously and remarkably going down, export growth rate failing down obviously, and the export price continuously declining. Based on the analysis, relevant suggestions are put forward, including making further efforts to develop high value-added products, actively promoting equipment upgrade and revamp of weld tube makers, and further tapping world market potential for high-end steel linepipes, etc.
