连轧管机组毛管横移装置的型式可分为天车式和地上小车式,详细介绍了这两种型式的毛管横移装置的结构和运行情况,列举了各自的优缺点,并提出了设备选型的建议:Φ180 mm以下规格连轧管机组,宜选用地上小车式毛管横移装置,可降低工程投资和生产运行成本,加快生产节奏,方便维护检修;Φ180 mm及以上规格连轧管机组,采用地上小车式毛管横移装置的优势不明显,应视具体情况而定。
The mandrel pipe mill shell-transfer system falls into two types, i.e., the overhead crane type and the floor car type. Detailed here in the paper are the structures and operation of these two shell-transfer systems, involving the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. Accordingly, proposals for type selection of such systems are put forward. For mandrel mills with size range under qbl80 mm, it is suggested to use the floor car type shell-transfer system which features lower initial investment and operation costs, higher productivity and easy equipment maintenance. However, it is disadvantageous obviously to use the floor car type shell-transfer system for mandrel mills with size range equal to or over t9180 mm, it should be determined according to the concrete circumstances.
