摘要 以Ф76 mm少机架三辊连轧管机组的实践应用为背景,从生产成本、成材率、投资与运营维护、自动化水平、节能环保等多方面,对该机组与穿孔+冷轧(拔)机组进行了对比。认为在生产小直径无缝钢管方面,对于绝大多数尺寸精度和表面质量要求不苛刻的小直径低中压锅炉用无缝钢管、结构用无缝钢管、普通流体输送用无缝钢管等品种,采用少机架三辊连轧管机组作为穿孔+冷轧(拔)的升级换代机组,进行"以热代冷",具有较为明显的优越性,具备推广价值。 Based on the operation circumstances of the Φ76 mm less stand 3-roll mandrel pipe mill line, this very mill is compared with the piercing+cold-rolling (drawing) mill production line in terms of operation cost, finished product rate, investment and operation maintenance, automation level, and energy-saving and environmental friendliness, etc. As a result, it is concluded that when it comes to manufacture of small-sized seamless steel pipes, for producing most of the medium-low pressure boiler pipes, structure-purpose pipes and ordinary fluid transport pipes, etc., which are not so strictly required for demisional accuracy and surface quality, using the less-stand 3-roll mandrel mill as an upgrade mill to replace the piercing+cold-rolling (drawing) mill, in short words," replacing cold rolling with hot rolling" will bring about remarkable advantages, which is worth spreading up.
