Consolidation and reorganization of rare earth upstream industry completed in Inner Mongolia The Signing Ceremony of Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Upstream Enterprises Reorganization Agreement was held in Baogang Hotel on December 31, 2013. This agreement, signed between Baogang Group and other nine rare earth upstream enterprises in Inner Mongolia, symbolizes the completion of restructuring and consolidation of rare earth upstream industry in Inner Mongolia. It will significantly promote environment protection and resources conservation and push the sound and orderly development of rare earth industry in Inner Mongolia and across the country.
