辨证治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效观察

Effect of treatment in according to differentiation of symptoms and signs on anaphylactic purpura in children

目的 观察中医辨证治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 小儿过敏性紫癜治疗组60例 ,辨证分型治疗 ,血热型用犀角地黄汤加味、血瘀型用芍药甘草汤合失笑散加减、血瘀湿阻型用自拟方治疗。对照组 30例 ,口服维生素C、扑尔敏、潘生丁、氨肽素 ,腹痛者加用强地松治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 91.7% ,对照组 50 .0 % ,2组比较有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。

Objective To observe the effect of treatment in according to differentiation of symptoms and signs on anaphylactic purpura in children. Methods 90 patients with anaphylactic purpura in children were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=60) patients with anaphylactic purpura in children were treated according to differentiation of symptoms and signs, in which Xuere type patients were treated by Xijiao Dihuang decoction and patients with blood stasis were treated by Shaoyao Gancao decoction. In control groups (n=30) Vitamin C, Chlorpheneamine Maleate, Dipyridamole and ampeptide element were orally taken. Results Total effective rate in treatment group (91.7%) was significantly higher than that in control group (50.0%,P<0.01). Conclusions Effect of treatment in according to TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs on anaphylactic purpura in children was outstanding.
