摘要
本文以双鸭山市某三甲医院为例,针对医院门诊部就诊流程的特点,运用工业工程相关理论进行研究。对医疗产业的特殊性进行了分析,通过研究该医院门诊部就诊流程,针对现存的瓶颈环节提出变频工作制,呼叫排队系统,"一卡通"等实施方案。
In this paper, a Class Ⅲ Grade I hospital in Shuangyashan City is taken as the example. According to the characteristics of the medical process of the out-patient department, the industrial engineering theory is used to do the analysis. First, the specificity of the medical industry is systematically analyzed, then through studying the process and aiming at the aspect of the existing problems, some implementation plans are worked out such as frequent work system, calling and queuing system, "One Card System" and so on.
