Effects of Air Humidity on Hot-film Air Flow Meter Measurement Errors

现在应用比较广泛的空气流量计就是热膜式空气流量计,但是通过相关的测试可以发现,空气的湿度对于热膜式空气流量计的计量误差有很大的影响,本文就主要是从理论和实验上分析了湿度对于热膜式空气流量计计量的误差以及规律。

Now the widely used air flow meter is a hot-film air flow meter. But relevant tests find that air humidity has effect on the measurement error of hot-film air flow meter. This paper mainly analyzes the effect of humidity on air flow meter measurement from theoreticaly and experimentally.
