摘要
招聘应届毕业生是企业人才引进的常规方式之一,90后应届毕业生势必成为企业未来年轻人才的主导军。本文结合建筑施工企业岗位特点,浅谈90后应届毕业生的入职培训工作并提出一些建设性意见。
Recruitment of fresh graduates is one of the conventional ways of enterprises talent introduction, and post-90s fresh graduates will become the leading army of enterprise future young talents. Combined with the job characteristics of the construction enterprises, this paper discusess the induction training of post-90s fresh graduates and proposes some constructive suggestions.
