经筋针刺法结合壮药外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病128例临床分析

Clinical investigation of integration of Muscle meridian acupuncture and external application of Zhuang medicine on patients with radicular cervical spondylosis

目的 观察经筋针刺法结合壮药外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。方法 神经根型颈椎病治疗组 12 8例 ,采用经筋针刺疗法和外敷壮药治疗 ;对照组 55例采用传统针刺方法治疗。10日为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率 89.84 % ,对照组 80 .0 0 % ,2组总有效率、治愈时间比较 ,均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。

Objective To investigate effect of integration of Muscle meridian acupuncture and external application of Zhuang medicine on patients with radicular cervical spondylosis. Methods 183 Patients with radicular cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=128) integration of Muscle meridian acupuncture and external application of Zhuang medicine were carried on. In control group (n=55) routine acupuncture was utilized, with a therapeutic duration of 10 days. Results The total effective rate (89.84%) in treatment group was significantly higher compared with those in control group (80.00%,P<0.05). Conclusions Integration of Muscle meridian acupuncture and external application of Zhuang medicine can definitely treat radicular cervical spondylosis.
