班组管理对于安全生产意义重大。本文首先分析班组管理与事故预防之间的必然联系,从班组安全管理"五同时"和管理责任两方面探讨强化班组安全管理,预防安全事故的有效对策。
Team management has important significance for safe production. This paper firstly analyzes the inevitable link between the team management and prevention of accident, discusses the effective countermeasures for strengthening team safety management, preventing accidents from two aspects of the ＂five simultaneous＂ of team safety management and management responsibilities.
