摘要
我国经济已经逐渐的融入到国际社会之中,国有煤矿企业的人力资源管理工作也开始进行相应的变革,也取得了一些成就,但是由于各种主观因素的影响,还有一些问题没有解决。煤矿企业想要适应社会的发展,除了要发展新型技术以外,还需要改变传统的用人模式,引入新型人力资源管理模式,通过对人力资源与其他资源的合理配置,充分的激发出员工工作的积极性与主动性。本文主要从退休管理与劳务派遣两个方面分析我国国有煤矿企业人力资源管理现状与新时期的管理任务。
China's economy has gradually integrated into the international society, human resource management of state-owned coal enterprise also began to make the appropriate changes and made some achievements, however, due to various subjective factors, there are some unresolved issues. In order to adapt to the development of society, in addition to develop new technology, coal enterprise need to change the traditional employment patterns, introduce new human resources management, through the rational allocation of human resources and other resources to fully stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees work. This paper analyzes the human resource management status quo of state-owned coal enterprise and management task in the new era from two aspects of retirement management and labor dispatch.
