Analysis and Solutions of Employment Difficulties for Needy Students in Regional Engineering Colleges

Based on the analysis of employment difficulties for needy students in regional engineering colleges, the related solutions have been put forward. Firstly, needy students should change their minds and improve comprehensive abilities in job-hunting markets. Secondly, colleges have to stress their unique characteristics to serve for local economy. In addition, the career education and subsidies during job-hunting are expected to be improved, especially for needy students. Last, besides developing economy, local government must facilitate the produce-learn-research projects and supply needy students with social security.
