民办高职院校大学英语教师角色转换的问题与对策

The Problems and Corresponding Countermeasures of College English Teachers' Role Conversion in Private Higher Vocational College

近年来,民办高职院校数量持续增加,办学规模不断扩大,这些院校大学英语教学成败,事关我国高等教育的成败。民办高职院校大学英语教学在从单一的传统模式向多元化多媒体网络模式转换的过程中,教师角色准确定位和转换存在诸多问题。本文旨在探讨民办高职院校大学英语教师角色转换存在的问题并提出相应的对策。

Recent years has witnessed the increase of the number of private higher vocational colleges and the expanding of their scale. And college English teaching in private higher vocational colleges is a matter of success or failure of our country＇s higher education. There are, however, numerous problems during the course of conversion of English teachers＂ role from traditional teaching model to the multi-media teaching model based on the internet. This article aims to discuss the problems involved in the course of conversion and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
