摘要
教育大计,教师为本。有好的教师,才有好的教育。当前不断发生的幼儿教师"虐童"事件警示社会应该关注幼儿教师心理健康问题。本文总结近年来幼儿教师心理健康的有关研究并做出展望,希望能促进对这一群体的研究。
Teacher is the center of the education plan. Good teachers create good education. In the current, the＆quot;child abuse＆quot;incidents of preschool teacher alert the society should concern about preschool teachers＆#39; mental health problems. This paper summarizes the research related to mental health of preschool teachers in recent years and make prospects, hoping to promote the study of this group.
