Professional Teachers Should Always Do "Gold-Searching"

本文基于当前中等职业教育专业教师的现状,深刻分析提高专业教师实践能力的重要性,提出提高专业教师的实践能力需要经常"淘金"的构想,并以建筑专业为例,重点分析建筑专业教师的"淘金"途径。

Based on the current situation of professional teachers of secondary vocational schools, this paper analyzed the significance of improving the practical ability of professional teachers. This paper came up with the idea that professional teachers should ＂gold- searching＂ to improve practical ability, and the paper took architecture as an example, mainly described the approaches of how architecture teachers ＂search gold＂.
