摘要 跨栏是一个技术性较强、难度较高、有一定危险性的项目。对于人体的力量、技术要求较高,且易造成损伤。初中女生因对跨栏存在恐惧心理,从而影响了掌握技术的进度和教学质量常常是跨栏教学中教师遇到的较棘手的问题。本文针对初中女生在跨栏教学中出现的种种情况,通过文献资料法、观察记录法,逻辑分析法等结合教学实践经验,对女生跨栏教学中产生心理障碍成因及对策进行分析阐述。 Hurdling is a kind of project with strong technicality, high difficulty and a certain risk. It has high requirement in the power and skill of the human body, and is easy to cause damage. Girls in junior high school are fear of hurdling, thus influencing the progress of grasping the skill and the quality of teaching, which is a thorny problem often encountered in the hurdles teaching. Aiming at the situations in hurdling teaching for girls in junior high school, through the literature material method, observation recording method, and logic analysis, etc., combined with teaching practice experience, the causes and countermeasures of psychological obstacle of girl students in hurdling are analyzed in this paper.
