板栗花中β-半乳糖苷酶活性的研究

摘要 以12种板栗花为试验材料,采用磷酸缓冲溶液提取β-半乳糖苷酶并用分光光度计测定其活性,并测定了"燕胜"品种板栗花中的β-半乳糖苷酶的性质。探知所有品种的板栗花的β-半乳糖苷酶活性在采花后的前9天都呈现先减小后增大的趋势。燕胜板栗花中的β-半乳糖苷酶活性最适温度为40℃,最适pH值为5。
