肾小球滤过屏障及nephrin分子 被引量:4

摘要 新近认识的nephrin分子为肾小球裂孔隔膜上第一个被确定的蛋白成分。nephrin参与肾脏滤过屏障的正常发育并维持其正常功能。已经在芬兰型先天性肾病综合征患者检测到编码nephrin的基因NPHS1的多种突变;此外,NPHS1突变以及nephrin表达异常可能也是其他先天性或获得性肾脏病蛋白尿发生的原因。
