肥厚型心肌病的治疗进展
摘要
肥厚型心肌病（ＨＣＭ）是一种遗传异常所致的心肌病变，特点为空间隔非对称性肥厚、左室流出道梗阻。患者常有乏力、呼吸困难、心绞痛、晕厥和猝死等表现，治疗困难，预后差。近年来对ＨＣＭ的治疗进行了大量研究，提出了许多新现点和新方法。本文就近年来有关ＨＣＭ的治疗进展作一综述。
