青岛高新区物理层三网融合模式:创新、效益与挑战

摘要以青岛高新区"三网融合、网业分离"通信接入模式为例,探讨在物理层实现深度三网融合的创新实践。阐述了"三网融合、网业分离"模式的创新内容,动态分析了该模式取得的各类经济、社会和政治效益,总结了该模式面临的挑战及其推广价值。
