摘要
利用XPS技术探讨一种天然碱性多糖吸附剂对血清中血脂的吸附行为。吸附剂用碱性多糖制备吸附液为血清、胆固醇CHO和甘油三酯TG标准液。分别将吸附血脂、CHO和TG的样品与未吸附样品的X-射线光电子谱图比较,根据碳、氧、氮三种元素光电子结合能变化,找出对吸附血脂分子起主要作用的活性基团。血清、CHO和TG标准液三种吸附样品谱图显示,谱峰在398.9eV处的-NH2发生了化学位移。CHO和TG标准液二种吸附样品谱图显示,谱峰在532.4eV处的-OH发生了化学位移。试验表明吸附剂分子链上的-NH2是吸附血清中血脂分子的活性中心。
In this paperthe adsorbing behaviors of natural alkalescent polysaccharide for the blood fat in the serum is discussedserumcholesterolCHO and triglycerideTG titer being the adsorbate. Active group for the absorption can be found according to the changes of photoelectron binding energy of carbonoxygen and nitrogen by comparing the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopiesXPSs of the samples absorbing titers with that of original sample.-NH2 with peak value at 398.9eV generates chemical shift according to the XPSs of the samples adsorbing serumCHO and TGand the same to -OH with peak value at 5234eV according to the XPSs of the samples adsorbing CHO and TG.And the -NH2 group on the molecule chain of adsorbent is the active center to adsorb the blood lipid.
