当前我国正处在经济转型期,必须以科学的理论指导改革和开放,确定正确的流通理论、批判当前存在的一些流通谬论,具有非常重要的现实意义。当前我们必须深入探讨的流通理论主要包括:商品理论、流通渠道和环节理论、零供关系理论、流通基础性产业理论、电子商务是"三位一体"体系理论、大宗商品电子交易多模式理论、快经济向慢经济转型理论等。此外,我们还要澄清一些流通谬论,如城市产业迁移及人口迁移论、淘宝集贸市场论、回归商业本能论、外资商业被打败论、蔬菜是公共产品论以及公益性市场论等。

At present, China is in the period of economic transformation; we should implement the policy of reform and opening up with the guidance of scientific theories; choosing correct circulation theories and criticizing the existing circulation fallacies are of great practical significance. At present, we should initiate in-depth discussion of such circulation theories as commodity theory, circulation channel and links theory, theory of circulation fundamental industry and the ＂three in one＂ theory of e-commerce, the theory of the multi-pattern of e-transaction of bulk commodity, and the theory of transformation from fast economy to slow economy. Besides, we should also clarify some circulation fallacies, such as the theories of urban industrial migration and population migration, Taobao market place, return to business instinct, the beaten foreign commerce, the public goods of vegetable and non-profit market.
