全球流通发展新态势下的中国流通产业发展方式转变 被引量:10

摘要 进入21世纪后,国际流通产业发展呈现三个基本趋势,即产业集中度提高并且发达国家居于主导地位,流通产业从市场参与者向市场创造者转变,电子商务引领全球流通产业发展新潮流并引发新的流通革命。在新的国际流通产业发展态势下,中国流通产业的发展突破了产业自身范畴,已经上升到关系中国经济发展方式能否转变和经济强国战略能否有效实施的高度。本文立足于全球流通发展态势的大背景,在国际横向比较的基础上对中国流通产业发展现状进行分析,指出中国流通产业发展存在的具体问题,并从流通产业发展战略重新定义、电子商务与传统流通产业升级、提高流通产业服务国内市场效能和拓展国际发展空间等角度,提出全球流通发展新态势下促进中国流通产业发展方式转变的对策建议。 Entering into the 21st century, the development of international circulation industry shows some basic tendencies. The concentration ratio has increased and the developed economies dominate this industry. The circulation industry shifts from the market participant to the market-maker. The e-commerce is leading the new fashion of the global circulation industry and giving rise to the new circulation revolution. Under the new tendency of the international circulation industry, the development of the circulation industry in China outgrows the boundary of its own and upgrades the level of deciding whether or not the economic development patter will be transformed and the strategy of making the country rich can be effectively implemented. This paper is based on the background of the global circulation industry, and analyzes the status quo of Chinese circulation industry and points out the existing problems by comparing China with other peer countries. At last, this paper puts forward the relative suggestion from the aspect of redefining the development strategy of the circulation industry, the e-commerce and the upgrade of the traditional circulation format, and promoting the domestic service as well as extending the international development space.
