摘要
产业转型升级是国家工业化进程的一部分,是转变经济发展方式和调整产业结构的必然要求。物流企业转型升级是制造业服务化的必然产物,不仅要依赖制造业的发展,也会促进制造业企业转型升级,具有产业联动与协调发展的显著特点,并表现出在更高级产业发展形态上融合发展的大趋势。物流企业转型升级是企业家重新配置资源和创新发展、领先发展的市场过程,其原动力来自市场竞争而不是宏观调控,不能用发展工业的传统思维和方法来发展现代服务业。
Industrial transformation and upgrading is a part of the process of national industrialization; it is the inevitable requirement in transforming economic development pattern and industrial restructuring. The transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises is the inevitable product of the servicization of manufacturing industry~ it will not only depend on the development of manufacturing industry, but also promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises; it is of the characteristics of industrial linkage and coordinated development, and also the characteristics of integrated development based on higher level industrial development. The transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises means that entrepreneur redistribute resources, make innovation in development and play the leading role in development; the original motivation for that comes from market competition, but not macro control： we can not develop modern service industry with traditional thinking and method in developing industry.
