阜新城乡一体化发展模式研究

Developing mode of Fuxin urban-rural integration

针对阜新市城乡一体化发展中遇到的障碍,通过与上海、苏州及辽宁省内的对比,指出推动阜新城乡一体化需选择合意的模式。阜新城乡一体化模式应选择以农业产业化为基础,大力推进农林产品加工等第二产业的发展,充分发挥农业产业化与城市化相互促进的作用。研究结果对实现阜新城乡一体化具有指导意义。

To handle the obstacles in the development of urban-rural integration in Fuxin, a comparison was made between Shanghai, Suzhou and Liaoning Province which indicates that it is necessary to select the suitable mode to promote urban-rural integration in Fux-in. The mode is proposed to involve taking agriculture industrialization as the basis, vigor-ously promoting development of secondary industries such as agricultural and forestry prod-ucts processing and others, and giving full play to mutual promoting between agricultural industrialization and urbanization. The realization path will help to realize Fuxin urban-ru-ral integration.
