阜新市产学研合作现状及对策

Present situation and countermeasures for university-industry cooperation in Fuxin

针对产学研合作问题,采用归纳分析的方法,从阜新市政府、中小企业、高校(含科研机构)、科技中介服务的角度分析了阜新市产学研合作的特点,总结了阜新市产学研合作存在政府投入不足、企业创新能力弱、科技中介服务机构缺位、产学研合作缺乏长效机制等问题,提出加大政府财政投入、鼓励企业参与产学研创新联盟、完善科技中介服务体系等建议,为推动阜新市产学研合作提供参考。

To solve the problems in ＆quot; university-industry ＆quot; cooperation, an inductive analy-sis was made of the characteristics of Fuxin ＆quot; university-industry ＆quot; cooperation based on science-technology intermediate service of government, enterprises, universities（with research institutes included）. Findings show current problems in inadequate investment, weak innova-tion, absence of intermediary service agencies and lack of long-term cooperation mecha-nism. Accordingly, the countermeasures are proposed in increasing financial investment, en-couraging enterprises to participate in innovation alliance, improving the science-technology intermediary service system and so on. The result will provide a reference for promoting Fuxin’s university-industry cooperation.
