基于DEA的中国建筑业企业生产效率差异研究

Productivity differences of China's construction enterprises based on DEA

为了考察中国不同地区建筑业企业的生产效率差异,采用DEA方法测算了31个省份建筑业企业的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,并进行了横向比较分析。结果表明:纯技术效率是影响中国建筑业企业综合效率提升的关键因素;建筑业企业的生产效率存在明显的空间差异,东部和中部地区的企业生产效率整体高于西部地区;生产效率相对低下的建筑业企业均处于规模收益递增状态。

In order to investigate the productivity differences of China＆#39;s construction enter-prises in different areas, DEA was applied to calculate the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of construction enterprises in 31 provinces, the da-ta of which were compared horizontally. Results show that the pure technical efficiency is the key factor for comprehensive efficiency of construction enterprises, there exists obvious space differences in the productivity of construction enterprises, and the enterprise produc-tivity of eastern and central region is higher than that in the western, and construction en-terprises with relatively low productivity are increasing in return to scale.
