摘要
1989年10月至1999年3月,我科共收治因美克憩室(Meckel)合并肠梗阻病人39例,均行手术治疗,认为美克憩室为小肠先天发育畸形,手术解除梗阻原因,需行憩室切除手术,选择术式有:美克憩室、肠吻合术,疗效满意。
39 cases patients with meckel and intistmal obstruction underwent operation during October 1989 to march 1999 in our hospital. Meckel is smallbowel congential malformation,It's needed to do diverticale tomy relieved intstinal obstraction, operation ways had wedge - diverticalec - tomy, meckel enterctomy and enterectomy.clinical effects is satisfactory.
