Management of central nervous system complications after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation

造血干细胞移植(HSCT)相关的中枢神经系统(CNS)合并症是移植后危及生命的严重合并症之一,HSCT后常见的CNS合并症主要包括CNS感染、脑血管病、抽搐发作、代谢性脑病、药物介导的CNS毒副反应等。HSCT后发生CNS合并症者生存期明显缩短,早期明确诊断并给予恰当治疗有助于改善预后。不同的CNS合并症好发时间、临床特征、诊断及治疗方法不同。

Central nervous system （CNS） complication is one of life-threatening complications after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation （ HSCT）. CNS complications after HSCT include CNS infection, cerebrovascular disease, seizures, metabolic encephalopathy,drug-mediated CNS toxicity reaction, etc. Survival time of recipients who have CNS complications after HSCT were significantly shorter than those who didn＇t have CNS complications. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment may help to improve the prognosis of these patients. In this article, predilection time, clinical features, diagnosis and treat- ment methods of different CNS complications after HSCT were reviewed.
