摘要
针对镁合金汽车方向盘骨架的结构形式及其力学性能研究较少的现象,采用有限元数值仿真与实物试验相结合的方法,对其进行了静态扭转强度与扭转疲劳强度特性研究,并对方向盘三辐骨架和四辐骨架的力学性能进行了分析对比。研究结果表明:骨架在静态扭转力的作用下,在时钟三点钟和九点钟方向的轮辐下端靠近轮毂处易出现应力集中,并且容易发生疲劳损伤;四辐骨架在抗扭强度特性与抗疲劳特性方面较三辐骨架有一定程度的提升。
Since there are few researches on structure form and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy steering wheel, torsional strength and fatigue strength of them are studied by using finite element method and taking experimental measurements. The mechanical properties of three-spoke and four-spoke framework are analyzed and compared. The research results indicate that, the bottom end of spokes at three o‘ clock and nine o' clock direction of the framework and nearby the hub are prone to appear stress concentration and fatigue damage; comparing with three-spoke framework, the torsional and fatigue strength properties of the four-spoke framework are promoted to a certain extent.
