摘要 对质子交换膜燃料电池冷起动系统进行实验研究,分别测试了电堆初始温度、起动电压、吹扫时间等多种因素对电堆冷起动性能的影响。实验结果表明:电堆初始温度越低,电堆起动越困难;在一定电压范围内,电堆电压越低,冷起动性能越好;吹扫时间的长短对电堆冷起动性能影响较大;冷起动过程中,电堆内单电池电压呈现非均匀变化。 The experimental researches on PEMFC cold start system were carried out. The response of different factors including the effects of initial temperature, start voltage, and purging time on cold start performance of fuel cell stack were investigated. The experimental results show that the initial temperature of fuel cell stack is lower, and the start-up is harder; in a certain range, the voltage is lower, the cold start performance is better; the cold start performance of fuel cell stack is influenced by the purging period before cold start significantly;the single cell voltage of the stack varies non-uniform during the cold start process.
