摘要 为提高电化学分析仪系统的测量精度和数据分析速度,优化系统的结构,介绍了由单片机ADuC847控制的电化学分析仪系统中的微电流测量设计,分析了微电流测量的原理,通过IN转换、T型电路和抗干扰等设计,并使用高精度运放OPA129对微电流进行放大,实现了宽量程和高灵敏度.该系统可以快速、准确测量pA-μA级微电流,并能直观地显示测量结果. In order to improve the measuring accuracy and the data analysis speed of the electrochemical analyzer system, to optimize the structure of the system, the ADuC847 by single-chip microcomputer control of the electrochemical analyzer system of micro-current measurement design was introduced. The micro-current measurement principles, through the IN switching, T circuit and the anti-interference, such as design, and using the high accuracy OPA129 op-amp to micro-current amplification were analyzed. The wide measuring range and high sensitivity were realized, pA-μ A level micro-current could be quickly, accurately measured by the system. Then the measured results could be intuitive displayed.
