摘要 精确的锂离子电池产热量是电动汽车电池包热管理设计的基础。总结了现有锂离子电池产热模型,指出Bernadi产热模型在计算电池产热时通用性较高。整理了3种测量温熵系数dE/dT的方法:直接测量法、可逆热等值法以及极化热扣除法。给出了Bernadi产热模型关键参数温熵系数dE/dT特征值,为各类锂离子电池包产热计算提供了依据。 Accurate calculation of the heat generation rate for lithium-ion batteries was the basis for the design of electric vehicle battery pack thermal management system. The current lithium-ion batteries heat generating models was summarized and the versatility of Bernadi heat generate model in the calculation was pointed out. Three methods for measuring the Bernadi parameters dE/dT including direct measurement, reversible thermal equivalent method and polarization thermal buckle division were listed. The eigenvalues of Bernadi heat generate model key parameters dE/dTwere given. The basis for the various Lithium-ion battery packs' heat calculation was provided.
