分散决策下服务备件仓库缺货调度模式研究

摘要 建立分散决策下的服务备件缺货横向调度优先和纵向调度优先两种模式的调度概率模型和利润最大化模型,数值仿真验证决策的可行性。通过仿真分析得出,其他基层仓库采取的调度模式,对决策仓库采取的调度策略不产生质的影响;需求量大的服务备件宜采用横向调度优先策略,需求量小的服务备件宜采用纵向调度优先策略;横向调度采购费用较低时,宜采用横向调度优先策略;当横向调度采购费用增加到一定程度时,宜采用纵向调度优先策略。 A scheduling probability model and a profit maximization model on two modes of service spare parts,lateral transship- ment priority and vertical transshipment priority, were established in decentralized decision. Then, the feasibility of the decision was verified through numerical simulation. Three conclusion was obtained through analysis. Firstly, scheduling priority, adopted by other primary warehouses, do not have a qualitative impact to the decision-making warehouse. Secondly, the strategy of lateral transshipment priority should be adopted when the demand of service parts is great, and transshipment priority be adopted when the demand is small. Last, the strategy of lateral transshipment priority should be adopted when the procurement cost is low, and as lateral transshipment procurement cost up to certain extent, the vertical transshipment priority should be adopted.
