基于元结构的数控钻镗床床身静动特性分析及结构优化 被引量:3

摘要 为提高轴承保持器专用数控钻镗床床身的抗振特性,运用Pro/E软件建立床身的实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析床身的静动特性,找出了床身在设计上的缺陷,并提出了改进方案。在此基础上以元结构分析结果为依据,通过对床身内部筋板重新布局及增加出砂孔的方式对床身结构进行优化,优化后的床身结构总质量降低26.1%,床身基频提高21.7%,取得了较好的优化效果。 In order to improve the ability of resistance to vibration of the bearing retainer special NC drilling and boring machine bed, the model of the machine tool bed is built by using Pro/E software. The characteristic of static and dynamic of machine tool bed is analyzed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software ANSYS. In this way ,to find the defects of machine tool bed and pro- pose a revised program. Basing on the result of analysis about the unit structure which could relocate the position of reinforcement plate of machine tool bed, can get a better optimized result. At the same time, the weight of machine tool bed could be reduced 26.1% and the fundamental frequency could be increased 21.7% after optimized.
