摘要 采用自上向下的现代产品设计理念,使用Pro/E软件的主控件法对手机模型进行数字化装配,从而实现手机外观造型和结构的一体化设计流程。把手机各个零/部件的三维模型保存为STL格式后,使用基于熔融沉积制造技术的三维立体打印设备对手机各个模型进行快速成型,自动、快速、直接和精确地将计算机中手机零/部件的三维实体设计转化为实物模型。从实物模型中可对所研发的产品外观造型和结构进行改进与优化,可提高产品设计和研发效率,缩短设计研发周期,节约设计和制造成本。 From the top-down modern product design philosophy, the use of Pro/E software host digital assembly on the mobile phone model appearance and structure in order to achieve an integrated design process. Various parts of the three-dimensional model of the phone saved as STL format, the use of three-dimensional printing device, using fused deposition manufacturing process for rapid prototyping on the phone model, can automatically, quickly, directly and accurately three-dimensional computer, mobile phone parts physical design into a physical model, from the physical model of the developed product appearance and struc- ture improvement and optimization, to improve product design and development efficiency and shorten the design and development cycle, saving design and manufacturing costs.
