摘要
针对车载非致命武器的效能评估问题,基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)理论进行探索,建立了车载非致命武器作战效能评估的层次分析模型.采用模糊层次分析法中的模糊互补判断矩阵和最小方差法(LVW)来确定各个准则的分配权重,将定量分析和定性分析结合来确定模糊判断矩阵,采用加权平均算法来量化作战效能.最后,通过实例分析比较了两种车载非致命武器的作战效能,验证了方法的科学、可行性.
This paper focused on the effectiveness evaluation of non-lethal weapons. Exploring based on the theory of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), the paper established the analytic hierarchy model of the combat effectiveness evaluation of vehicle-mounted non-lethal weapons. Complementary judgment matrix and least variance method (LVM) of FAHP were adopted to determine weight distribution of every criterion. Fuzzy judgment matrix was determined combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The combat effectiveness was quantified with weighted average algorithm. Finally, the combat effectiveness evaluation of two types of vehicle-mounted non-lethal weapons were compared and the science and feasibility of this method was verified through case studies.
