黄芪、大黄配伍对慢性肾衰竭大鼠心钠素、内皮素的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Compatibility of Huangqi and Dahuang on Atria Natriuretic Peptides and Endothelium of Rats with Chronic Renal Failure

摘要 目的:观察黄芪、大黄配伍对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)大鼠心钠素(ANP)、内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:实验动物随机分为正常对照组、模型组、黄芪组、大黄组、黄芪大黄配伍组,采用3%腺嘌呤灌胃制作慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型,实验5周后分别检测尿十项指标;采血检测各组心钠素、内皮素等指标。结果:黄芪与大黄配伍能明显增加CRF大鼠的尿量,降低尿蛋白、尿胆红素等含量,显著降低ET含量,有升高ANP的趋势。结论:黄芪与大黄配伍后能通过增加尿量,加速排除体内有害物质,降低尿蛋白、尿胆红素等含量;调节ET、ANP的含量,从而进一步改善细胞因子对肾功能的损害,避免肾脏功能的进一步恶化。两者相互促进、协同起效,表现出较强的药理活性。 Objective :To observe the effects of atria natriuretic peptide (ANP) and endothelium (ET) of rats with chronic renal failure treated with combination of Huangqi and Dahuang. Methods:Rats were divided in- to normal control group,model group with chronic renal failure,Huangqi group,Dahuang group and Huangqi compatibility group randomly,then rats model of chronic renal failure were established with adenine(3%) by gavages. 5 weeks later,ten indicators of urinary were detected and blood samples of every group were col- lected respectively to detect atria natriuretic peptide(ANP),endothelium(ET). Results :Compatibility of Huangqi and Dahuang can significantly increase the amount of urine of rats with CRF,and reduce the content of urinary protein and urine bilirubin,and the content of ET was significantly reduced and had the trend to increase of ANP. Conclusion:Compatibility of Huangqi and Dahuang can accelerate to remove the body from harmful substances,and reduce the content of urinary protein and urine bilirubin by increasing the amount of urine. Reducing the contents of ET and ANP and further improving the damage that cytokine to renal function in order to prevent the formation of kidney function further deterioration. Both with each other to promote collaborative onset showed strong pharmacological activity,and had a better therapeutic effect on CRF.
