薛建国治疗复发性生殖器疱疹经验
摘要
生殖器疱疹是由单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）感染泌尿生殖器及肛门皮肤黏膜而引起的一种炎症性、复发性疾病，是一种较常见的性传播疾病。其中复发性生殖器疱疹（GH）多见于HSV-2感染者．首次复发多见于原发性感染后1～4个月，常有诱因，90％的患者常有前驱症状。本病的发病率近年来有升高趋势，已成为最常见的性传播疾病之一，同时又可以增加发生艾滋病的危险性。
