以价值工程理论为出发点,探讨了安全工程的经济功能及效益规律.给出了与之相关的安全增值函数、负效益(损失)函数、价值函数、成本函数、负担函数和效益函数。阐述了安全投资的优化理论和评价方法.
Based on the theory of value engineering,this paper deals with economic functions and benefit rules of the safety engineering,and gives safety increment function,negative benefit (loss)function,value function,cost function,burden furtction,as well as benefit function. The theory and assessment methods of the optimum safety investment are also explained.
