Dynamic measurements of breath alcohol concentration after drinking

摘要 目的通过测定酒后呼出气体酒精浓度的动态变化,为制定酒后作业的安全措施提供依据。方法选择9名男性志愿者定时定量饮用52%(体积分数)白酒,选取14个时间点,动态测量饮酒后呼出气体中的酒精浓度(BrAC),并转换为血液酒精浓度(BAC)。结果饮酒100 ml后2 h,有8人BAC超过检测限值(8 mg/100 ml)。饮酒200 ml后5 h,有8人BAC超过酒驾限值(20 mg/100 ml)。结论从事高危作业人群,工作日的中午休息时间不宜饮酒。若晚上饮用超过200 ml白酒,第2天上午不宜从事高危作业。 [Objective] To measure the dynamical changes of breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) after drinking, provide the basis for making the safety measure. [ Methods ] Nine male volunteers were selected to drink 52% ( v/vl distilled spirit by providing regular quantitation, the dynamic measurements of BrAC was conducted at 14 check time points, and the results were converted to blood alcohol concentration (BAC}. [ Results] BAC of 8 volunteers were greater than the detection limit {8 mg/lO0 ml} 2 hours after drinking 100 ml spirit, while BAC of 8 volunteers were greater than the drink driving limit value (20 mg/100 ml} 5 hours after drinking 200 ml spirit. [ Conclusion] It is inadvisable to drink alcohol in midday break for employees engaged in the high risk oper- ations. If the employees drank above 200 ml spirit at night, it is inadvisable to engage in the high risk operations in the next morning.
