河北省玉田县农村居民高血压和糖尿病患病率及其知晓率

Prevalence and awareness of hypertension and diabetes among peasants in Yutian County of Hebei Province

目的了解河北省玉田县中老年人群高血压、糖尿病的患病率和知晓率。方法2011年3月选取40～69岁农村居民495人进行高血压和糖尿病相关知识问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查。结果调查人群高血压、糖尿病患病率分别为63．8％、12．1％，知晓率分别为34．5％、56．7％；根据中国人口年龄进行标化后患病率统计：高血压为63．2％（男性为66．4％，女性为60．9％）、糖尿病为11．1％（男性为12．0％，女性为10．4％）；高血压和糖尿病患病率随年龄和体重指数的增加而递增（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），男性和女性居民高血压和糖尿病的患病率及知晓率差异均无统计学意义，高血压知晓率随体重指数的增加而升高（P〈0．01）。结论河北玉田县农村中老年居民高血压和糖尿病患病率较高，而高血压知晓率却很低。

[ Objective] To understand the prevalence and awareness of hypertension and diabetes among the elderly population in Yutian County of Hebei Province. [ Methods ] A total of 495 rural residents aged 40- 69 years were recruited for hypertension and di- abetes-related knowledge survey, physical and laboratory examination in March 2009. [ Results ] The prevalence and awareness rates of hypertension and diabetes were 63.8%, 12.1% ; 34.5%, 56.7%, respectively among survey people. After the standardization by China~ population age, the prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes were 63.2% （ Men 66.4 % , women 60.9% } and 11.1% （Men 12.0 %, women 10.4% ）. The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes increased with the increasing of age and BMI （P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. The prevalence and awareness rates of hypertension and diabetes were not significantly different between male and female residents, but the hypertension awareness increased with BMI increasing（ P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes are relatively high, but the hypertension awareness is relatively low among rural residents in Yntian County of Hebei Province
