The role of nuclear receptors FXR and LXR in bile acid-cholesterol metabolism

摘要 胆汁酸是胆汁的重要组成部分,其合成是胆固醇降解的主要途径,在胆汁酸-胆固醇代谢调节中起着不可或缺的作用。近年来对核受体在胆汁酸-胆固醇代谢中的研究又有了新的认识。作者主要对法尼酯衍生物X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)和肝X受体(1iver X receptor,LXR)在胆汁酸-胆固醇代谢方面的一些新进展作一简要综述。 The bile acid is an important part of the bile, and its synthesis is the main approach of the cholesterol degradation, which plays a vital role in the regulation of bile acid-cholesterol metabolism. In recent years, there has been a new understanding for nuclear receptors in the bile acid-cholesterol metabolism. The paper briefly reviews some new progress of farnesoid X receptor ( FXR} and liver X receptor (LXR) in bile acid-cholesterol metabolism.
